Lately I've been using the internet alot to help me study the Bible. Not just any ole' Christian websites, but ones that adhere to the belief that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God & that we should base everything that we do off of that. Computers really arent a bad way to learn, there are some good websites out there to help you along in your studying, and to state things more clearly or in a different way than you interpreted something. Everyone should give it a try sometime! The one that I use the most is www.christiananswers.net It's help me to understand many things that I previously had no clue where I stood on it because I had no clue what it meant. Well, I just wanted to share that! Have an awesome day.

- I am a 21 year old "man" who has been lost for so many years but now am found. I have been what i would loosely call a Christian for about 8 years, but have just recently found the amazing power of the gospels. It feels amazing to finally live my life for him. That's a tough one. My favorite has to be Isaiah 53, though, because it proclaims the gospel so clearly in the OT.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite book of the bible is II Corinthians, though I love many of the books this is the one that brings me back to the basics the most. I, II and III John would have to be next. I actually know those better than II Corinthians, because they were once my favorites.
My favorite old testament books are Psalms and Proverbs though I relate to Isaiah and Jeremiah the best.
Alex, I love Isaiah. I haven't checked out 53 yet, but my favorite verse is Isaiah 40:31.
ReplyDeleteAnd Mrs. Wallace, I'll have to check out II Cor. also. Currently I am doing a New Testament read and study where I am starting from the beginning of Matthew and reading through Revelation. Any verses you would suggest?
